In the Children’s Respiratory Physiotherapy Team we provide assessment and treatment of patients on Ä¢¹½tvÊÓƵ Children’s Hospital’s regional Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), Neonatal Unit, medical and surgical wards. We work with patients and families to help them clear their secretions, have more control of their breathing and regain mobility following surgery or a long hospital stay.
Additionally, we have a Specialist Physiotherapist who works as part of the multidisciplinary team in the Home Ventilation Service.
The Lead Physiotherapists in the team are Kathryn Reeves and Tiffany Small.
